Hi Doge Lovers and future Dogepunks,

We’re excited to offer the premier Non-fungible Token to show your commitment to the Doge meme and community called Dogepunks.

Dogepunk is an artist focused community that is designed to give back to the digital artists that bring happiness and joy during our digital browsing and as we enter Web 3.0. For all new Dogepunk NFTs created, approved, and sold, we will provide 10% of the final auction proceeds to the original creator at the original point of sale. There will be a total of 4200 NFT Dogepunks created. No more than 4200 will ever be allowed.

Creation & Growth Plans

1. The first set of Dogepunks will be auctioned to bootstrap in-house Dogepunk creation and operations. As our community builds for artists to create and submit their Dogepunks, we will select specific Dogepunks per week to either be auctioned or airdropped. The community will have the chance to vote for their favorite Dogepunks to be minted for auction.
2. The Dogepunks team is here to collaborate and work with existing and new NFTs and artists. If you are interested in a series to be created or have an idea, reach out to us via Twitter to discuss.
3. Based on the Dogepunks team discretion, we have the right to increase or decrease the speed of releases based on the volume of Dogepunks sent for approval and community demand. We will never go over our cap of 4200 total Dogepunks or flood the auction market (<100 per week).
4. We will host community votes on various decision points such as increasing the artist fees, which set of Dogepunks to release, and which teams/artists to collaborate with.
5. We will run active campaigns to boost community engagement to be announced at a later date. These campaigns will be announced and will be rewarded with a random Dogepunk. We will create the selection criteria of each campaign (random or performance-driven) in future campaign launches.

Dogepunk distribution and creation:

• Founder Allowance: Up to 102 Dogepunks retained by the founding team (34 for each us) (2.4% of total Dogepunks)
• Marketing Allowance: Up to 700 Dogepunks (16.7% of total Dogepunks) to be allocated and sent to various influential Crypto, Dogecoin, and NFT community members to scale Dogepunk adoption and awareness. Dogepunks to be allocated at the founding team’s discretion based on the level of involvement on social media (Reddit and Twitter)
• Community Supporter Allowance: Up to 1000 Dogepunks (23.8% of total Dogepunks) to be allocated to various supporters of the Dogepunk project (excluding founders). This includes artists that submit designs for Dogepunks, community members that vote on new releases and evangelize Dogepunk (selected at random after each campaign or completion of release).
• Auctionable Allowance: Up to 2398 Dogepunks (57% of Total Dogepunks) will be auctioned off to the general public at release dates and times. 10% of the total sale price (net of ETH/Gas/Various Exchange fees) will be provided to the artist of the Dogepunk NFT. The remainder of the total sale price will be used to fund the in-house Dogepunk team for new designs, community collaboration, and scaling operations.
